The following rates, listed as of June 2023, are subject to change without notice.
All rates are per credit hour.

School of Education & Counseling

• Master of Education -  $344/credit

School of Business & Technology

• Master of Management - $299/credit

Courses offered in collaboration with other institutions: Tuition and fees may differ from standard Cambridge College rates.

Special Rates

Alumni Scholarship. As a graduate of Cambridge College, you are eligible to receive a 25% tuition scholarship for your next degree or certificate program. Some restrictions apply.  See the Alumni Scholarship page for more details.

Puerto Rico National Guard - 100% off tuition. The National Guard of Puerto Rico is covering the full cost of tuition for employees and relatives of the National Guard.

Course audit fee - $160/credit. ($480 for a 3-credit course); subject to the same add/drop refund and tuition liability policy as are courses for credit.

Late Registration Fee - $50 per term

Late Payment Fee - $100 per term

International Student Fee - $100 per term

Graduation fee - $125. Charged at beginning of last term, as determined by anticipated graduation date in student’s academic record, for processing records.

Official transcripts - $5

Transcripts through Parchment - $9

Transcript rush service: Cost of transcript(s) plus - $30

Unofficial transcript (given to student) - $2

Replace lost student ID card - $25

Check returned by bank - $35

Credit card fee - 1.50%-3.99% (depending on type of card)

FLATS/CLEP Test admin fee - $30

Credentialing fee for foreign countries - $500 

Student printing fees:

Black & white - $0.10/page
Color - $0.18/page

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS (ALL SCHOOLS)

LRN175 course materials fee - $50

Undergraduate science lab fee - $50 per lab course (e.g. biology, anatomy, chemistry, physiology, microbiology)

Portfolio evaluation

• Individual courses - $130 per credit
• Block portfolio (5 or more credits) - $650

SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & COUNSELING | DIVISION OF EDUCATION

TaskStream portfolio license fee - $50 (per portfolio)

EdD research fee (charged in first term) - $350

SCHOOL OF EDUCATION & COUNSELING | DIVISION OF COUNSELING

Field experience fee- $400  (for degrees and certificates at all locations; charged in first term of field experience; course tuition is additional.)

Replace lost field experience form - $50 (per form requested by student for submission to licensure board)

SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & TECHNOLOGY

UCertify course material fee - $100

Late Degree Completion Fees

Late Undergraduate Capstone fees (BA, BS) - no charge if completed in the next term after the first attempt.

• Second and third terms - $300 per term
• Each additional term until completed - $150

Late Graduate Final Project fees (MEd, MM, MBA, CAGS) - Independent Learning/Research Project, Applied Action Research Project, Graduate Management Capstone

• Second and third terms, per term after first registration (first registration required concurrent with final seminar) - $500 per term
• Each additional term until completed - $200

Dissertation extension course (EdD) - $589
