Insight

I believe that not all students arrive to the classroom with the same skills. As a result, it at times becomes necessary to assess student skill levels, meet them where they are, and recommend remedial assistance/tutoring to elevate skill levels to appropriate standards. I believe in the adult teaching method, which values student life and work experiences and incorporates them into the learning system. I am a strong supporter of student ethnic, gender, age, and ideological diversity. I believe that education should equip students with valuable skills for the workplace.
