Insight

I try to be such a facilitator in all of my courses. Students are inquisitive and curious by nature but often lack the tools to successfully engage with certain materials. My task as a teacher-facilitator is to
1) motivate my students by pointing out the merits of studying a certain problem or topic area;
2) equip them with basic knowledge;
3) lead them into the right direction; and,
4) provide them with further guidance and feedback when needed.
