Regalia

Details about how to order regalia will be sent to your Cambridge College email in April, and a packet of information and invitations will be mailed to your home address in April.  Military personnel are encouraged to process in their military uniforms if they wish. Regalia will NOT be available at the ceremony, so please be aware of ordering deadlines, which will be posted when available.

Check-in cards

The graduation packet (to be mailed in April), will include a blue index card with your name and address. Bring this card to the ceremony because this is what you will hand to the person who will read your name as you walk across the stage. It will be collected by the company that takes your photo (see paragraph below) to assist with identifying photos.  Please feel free to make adjustments, though be aware that this information will never reach the College. Please contact the Registrar’s Office directly for any changes of address.

ALL graduates need to arrive at the Leader Bank Pavilion no later than 2:30 PM. Participants will enter the pavilion through the assigned entrance, which will be well-marked. Please be prepared to separate from your family and guests at that time. Graduates will go through a check-in process and remain in the assigned line-up area until directed to begin the processional. Graduates may not leave this area once they have checked in. Family and guests will be directed to the guest seating area.

Guest Attendance

The graduation packet (to be mailed to your home address in the database in April) will include a set of invitations for guests of the graduates. These invitations are not tickets; there is no limit on the number of guests a graduate may invite to the commencement ceremony. Doors will open at 3:00 PM for the public and guests.
