About Erica Charves

Known as a disruptor and a dynamic professional, Erica Charves leverages innovation and strategic planning to enhance key business initiatives. Erica has a breadth of experience in DE&I, talent acquisition, market analysis, branding, consumer experience, and design thinking.

She currently leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts for the Member, Account and Provider Service division at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In her former role, Erica implemented the strategy, scale, and scope of BCBSMA's early in career programming including the summer internship experience, apprenticeship program and the conversion pipeline.

Erica has merged her business expertise with her nursing background where she has effectively aligned her passion and purpose to build inclusion and promote equity in healthcare. She is committed to creating access and awareness for individuals through education and exposure.
